For Adjuvoo, corporate social responsibility requires concrete actions that are part of a clear and proactive strategy. We are convinced that these projects must also be built in a collaborative logic in order to effectively and concretely address the key issues of CSR.

Beyond our business, we wish to give meaning to each of our actions and we assert our societal role. We are a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact charter and we support the 101 Foundation, the first international endowment fund dedicated to resuscitation.

Adjuvoo’s governance is based on the values of transparency, responsibility and efficiency. Each member of the Management Committee contributes his or her expertise and know-how and participates in the elaboration of the company’s strategy and development.

After a first experience of 4 years at Alstom, Arnaud joined KLB Group in 2003 to set up the CS activities of the support functions. In 2005, Arnaud became a partner of KLB Group and became Managing Director in 2018. He launches the Adjuvoo adventure in 2021.

With 21 years of experience, Hicham has developed and managed, as Associate Director of KLB Group, large-scale projects with CAC 40 and SBF 120 companies, in France and internationally. He is now in charge of Adjuvoo's development.

In 2016, Alexandre joined KLB Group to work on operational performance issues. In 2018, he took charge of all operations related to managed platforms and digital tools development within KLB Group. Alexandre is now Business Unit Director.

In 2016, Alexandre joined KLB Group to work on operational performance issues. In 2018, he took charge of all operations related to managed platforms and digital tools development within KLB Group. Alexandre is now Business Unit Director.

After a first experience as Business Director at Procadres International, Sara joined KLB Group and has been assisting CAC 40 and SBF 120 companies in France and abroad for 10 years in their strategic challenges of adaptation and transformation.
