Our CSR commitments

Asset 1
Corporate social responsibility requires concrete action as part of a clear, proactive strategy. At Adjuvoo, we are convinced that these projects must also be built on a collaborative approach, to effectively and concretely address key CSR issues. Beyond our business, we want to give meaning to each of our actions, and we assert our societal role.

Since its creation, Adjuvoo has been a partner of Fondation 101, the first endowment fund specializing in key resuscitation issues. Every year, Adjuvoo offers its newcomers the chance
to learn the basics of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
Adjuvoo is a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact Charter. As part of this, Adjuvoo took part in the SDG Ambition programme in 2023 to accelerate the deployment of concrete actions
in favour of sustainable development.

Adjuvoo is launching its community involvement platform with Vendredi to help its employees get involved in major social and environmental challenges.

Adjuvoo is a signatory of the Diversity Charter and is committed to inclusion and diversity on a daily basis. The Diversity Charter is a set of commitments open to signature by any employer wishing to take a proactive approach to promoting diversity.

La Pépinière‘s mission is to co-construct our CSR commitments with our employees. We have set ourselves the objective of contributing to the development of our employees by making a strong commitment to our corporate social responsibility. A veritable ‘project factory’, the Pépinière enables our employees with projects to be part of a dynamic of solidarity and exchange. Following an annual call for applications,
we select two projects and support their deployment.
