Our ‘’Transition & Outsourcing’’ business line covers a broad spectrum of support function activities, particularly in the areas of finance, purchasing and human resources, to support your transformation and outsourcing projects by setting up and managing transitional or permanent platforms.

Our Transition business line provides transitional platforms for projects involving the creation or transformation of a Shared Services Centre, support for a Carve In/Out or a merger or acquisition. We carry out the entire BOT (Built, Operate, Transfer) process: we do the work shadowing, assemble complete teams, operate the flows and put in place all the conditions for transferring the activities entrusted to us.

Our Outsourcing business line is all about outsourcing. We delegate the management of operations (accounting, supply chain, helpdesk, supplier hotline, HR administration) and commit to multi-year productivity plans. We offer these services either from France, Portugal or Mauritius.
